Frank Brazkiewicz was born 1967 in Bremen and studied medicine at the Medical University of Lübeck.

With the beginning of his studies he started his education in Tai Chi Chuan, Qi Gong and meditation techniques that he learned from different teachers and masters (taoistic, tibetan-buddhistic and suffistic). In addition he deepened his meditative experiences in Christian monasteries.

During that time he also began with his education in Chinese Medicine and already acquired his first acupuncture diploma as a student. During the last two years of his studies he worked for the pain ambulance of the university hospital as an acupuncturer. While he worked there, he founded the TCM work group at the university and held a weekly course called “Traditional Chinese Medicine” for doctors, students and other people who were interested. In addition he held Tai-Chi-Cuan and Qi-Gong courses for sports clubs and health insurance funds as well as at the TAO-centre of Lübeck.

After he finished his studies in 1996 he worked as a doctor at a hospital for withdrawal therapy and rehab for Heilkräuter, Akupunktur, Tuina, Qi Gongillegal drugs. The concept of the “Medicinal Herbs, acupuncture, Tuina, Qi Gong clinic” was among other things to heal patients from their drug addiction through the use of acupuncture and herbs. Within the scope of that, Mr. Brazkiewicz became trainer of the NADA (National Acupuncture Detoxification Association e.V.) and held many acupuncture courses for hospitals and other institutions at home and abroad during the next couple of years.

From 1999 on he worked at an acupuncture hospital where where he was a ward physician in the departments of Internal Medicine and Geriatrics. For half a year he managed the Intensive Care Unit of the Internal Medicine Department there as a ward physician.

After that he furthered his education in surgery at a district hospital. There, he worked in the emergency service unit.

His love for Chinese Medicine finally led him to a general medicine practice, the emphasis of which were naturopathy and TCM.

His education in Qi Gong and meditation were further deepened as Frank Brazkiewicz met a tibetan-buddhistic teacher and a Sufi-Master in 1997 who gave him an intensive kind of instruction. He could connect this with Christian and taoistic techniques and instructions.

(DGTCM – German Society for Traditional Chinese Medicine) and the Heidelberg School of Chinese Medicine.

Among his most outstanding teachers are Prof. Dr. med. Johannes Greten and Prof. Manfred Porkert.

Here, in his practice Mr. Brazkiewicz offers specialized companies and the interested public lectures. Mr. Brazkiewicz is very happy when holding lectures for the general public. In these lectures he teaches the basics and diagnostics of TCM, acupuncture, Chinese medicament lore, Tai Chi Chuan/Qi Gong and different meditation techniques.

Mister Brazkiewicz has already been practicing TCM for over 20 years now, and since late 2002 he has his own practice in his home city of Bremen. There, he uses the whole range of Traditional Chinese Medicine. His speciality is the treatment of patients who have already been acupunctured unsuccessfully as well as Chinese medicament therapy.

He has a special love for techniques for the care of one’s personal lifeforce and is able to communicate that in his very own, individual way.
