Silke Niemann was born in 1970 in Thedinghausen, Verden. She spent her childhood in the countryside. She has been meditating for over 10 years now.
Mrs. Niemann is a trained office clerk. She successfully completed seminars in Chinese Medicine and Chinese Dietetics in 2005-2006. Since 2007 Silke Niemann is working in our surgery.
She particularly enjoys Gi Gong and Chinese Dieteticts and says:
Qi Gong...
"Qi Gong is a great way to get in harmony with nature, it supports healthiness and well-being, prevents illnesses, stimulates the immune system, strengthens self-healing powers, makes more flexible, changes the mood and has a good influence on our emotional activities."
Diätetik...
"Its is amazing, what we can accomplish with good nutrition: Healthiness and joy of life... often one of it is hard to get without the other. If healthiness is affected, joy of life suffers as well. If joy of life gets lost, then healthiness is almost always in danger too. Sometimes it is helpful to focus back on oneself to find the inner middle. Every now and then it is important to understand and embrace things, making up a decision based on that and keeping it without change. Chinese Dietetics gives us the chance to feel well and stay healthy. The advantage of nutrition based on Chinese Dietetics is the effect of not letting an illness even occur by having a balance of nourishment and excretion."
For Silke Niemann cooking stands for passion and pleasure while the good thing about it is, that Chinese Dietetics is an obvious remedy to gain physical and psychological well-being.
Silke Nieman is taking care of our Chinese Dietetics classes and looks forward to have some shared cooking experiences with you.
